The call for proposals has been published for "Support for residential solar panel systems

and the electrification of heating systems

combined with solar panel systems

" Grant announcement! RRF-6.2.1

It is now possible to install a solar panel system, a heat pump system and even replace doors and windows with an unprecedented 100% subsidy!

The first application period starts on 6 December 2021, so to avoid missing out on the subsidy, it is worth preparing the project already now!

Amount of the subsidy: HUF 2.9 – 11.3 million – 100% non-refundable grant, meaning no own contribution is required for the investment. The subsidy is announced within the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).

Phase 1 

1. Fejér, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Komárom-Esztergom, Vas, Veszprém and Zala counties from 06.12.2021 8:00 a.m. until 27.12.2021 6:00 p.m. 

2. Baranya, Bács-Kiskun, Békés, Csongrád-Csanád, Somogy and Tolna counties from 13.12.2021 8:00 a.m. until 03.01.2022 6:00 p.m. 

3. Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Hajdú-Bihar, Heves, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Nógrád and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties from 20.12.2021 8:00 a.m. until 10.01.2022 6:00 p.m. 

4. Budapest and Pest county from 27.12.2021 8:00 a.m. until 17.01.2022 6:00 p.m.

What can be applied for and in what amount?

1. for solar panels only: installation of a roof-mounted solar PV system aimed at replacing own consumption (up to 5 kWp capacity) – max. HUF 2,900,000
2. for installation of a roof-mounted solar PV system (up to 5 kWp capacity), electrification of the heating system using a heat pump, installation of an electricity storage unit and replacement of doors and windows (jointly!)  max. HUF 11,300,000
   

CONDITION: (THE AVERAGE ANNUAL GROSS TOTAL INCOME OF THE OWNERS WITH INCOME (!) DIVIDED BY (THE NUMBER OF THOSE OWNERS WHO HAD INCOME IN 2020 ). THIS AMOUNT MUST NOT EXCEED HUF 4,850,000 PER PERSON!

Submitting the grant application requires a preliminary contract concluded with the contractor.

Purpose of the call for proposals:

Supporting the developments of micro and small enterprises operating in disadvantaged municipalities by improving competitiveness and financing innovative, value‑adding developments. 

Eligible applicants: Applications for support may be submitted under this call by those micro‑enterprises (including sole proprietors) 

that are located in an area classified as a free enterprise zone or in an area not classified as a free enterprise zone 

with a population under 5,000 – where they implement their developments, and 

✓ the relevant site has been registered at the court of registration at least 60 days prior to the submission of the application 

✓ have at least one closed, full business year; 

✓ are NOT subject to the KATA tax regime 

✓ had an average statistical headcount of at least 1 employee in the last full, closed business year 

Amount and rate of support: The amount and rate of the non‑refundable grant that can be requested is a minimum of HUF 2,000,000 and a maximum of HUF 10,000,000, with a support intensity of 70% – that is, the maximum investment value can be HUF 14,285,714. 

Eligible activities: The range of eligible activities covers the following areas: 

✓ purchase of new equipment and machinery, creation of new technological systems and capacities 

✓ real estate investment (construction, extension, conversion, modernization) 

✓ IT investment (up to 50% of the project) 

✓ Indirect costs of the professional implementation of the project (7% of eligible costs)
